Former Interim Chairman of Kaduna North, Hon Usman Ibrahim (Sardaunan Badarawa) has lauded the mediating role played by Governor Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna State in ensuring the emergence of Senator Ahmed Lawal and Hon Femi Gbajabiamila as Senate President and Speaker House of Representatives respectively at the elections of leadership of the 9th National Assembly.Hon. Ibrahim described the role played by the Kaduna Governor as significant and pivotal by prevailing on Senator Danjuma Goje to step down for Senator Lawan for the interest and unity of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), which he said would ensure smooth and harmonious relationship between the Executive and the Legislature.He expressed his optimism and confidence in President Buhari led Administration in delivering dividends of Democracy to Nigerians at every strata of the society.He said he was convinced more than ever before that president Buhari and Governor El-Rufai were poised to take Nigeria and Kaduna State respectively to the Next Level of progress in their Second Terms.The Former Kaduna Central Senatorial Aspirant congratulated people of Kaduna Central Senatorial Zone for having according to him a visionary leader in Uba Sani as their Senator at the 9th .He said Uba Sani would ensure necessary instruments of development were attracted to Kaduna State by working in synergy with Governor El-Rufai.“People of Kaduna Central Zone have made the right choice by electing Uba Sani as their Senator. I have strong confidence in him and I am optimistic he will put interest of Kaduna people first in his legislative duties. ” He said.
