Former Chairman of Trade Union Congress (TUC) Kaduna State Chapter Engr. Paul Yaro Jezhi has bagged Honorary Doctorate Degree of ECWA Theological Seminary, Igbaji, Kwara State for service to country and humanity.
The award ceremony scheduled to take place on 4 November, 2023 in the premises of the seminary in Kwara State is expected to be graced by dignitaries from across Nigeria and beyond.
Individuals and corporate bodies touched by philanthropic, kind gestures and community development initiatives of Engr. Jezhi are expected to show reciprocal magnanimity by adding colour to the event.
In a statement announcing conferment of the honorary degree on Paul Jezhi, leaders and elders of the Christian faith theological institution unanimously agreed that the recipient stood out in service to country and in grassroots development in particular where numerous kids from poor homes benefitted from scholarship and other financial supports to make them useful members of the society.
A cross section of beneficiaries spoken to attested to the generous and magnanimous persona of Engr. Jezhi whom they described as a strong pillar of support and dependence.
