The Senator representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Senator Uba Sani has stated that the credibility of the election that returned him as the Distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria representing his Zone has once again been proven to be free, fair and credible.
Senator Uba added that the National and State Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Kaduna dismissed both petitions by former Senator Shehu Sani of Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) and Lawal Adamu Usman of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) challenging the election results for lack of merits and evidences.
He made it known in a statement personally signed and made available to Journalists in Kaduna.
“I want to use this medium to thank Almighty God, also appreciate the good people of Kaduna Central for their prayers, support and steadfastness in ensuring we make our Zone great again. I equally assure you that I will never be distracted by the hurdles ahead.
“Your decision to elect me to represent you at the Red Chamber will never be taken for granted as I have devised a mechanism to implement my promises to you. This has been perfected. In no distant time, the real dividends of democracy will be at your doorstep”, it stated.
